Key Responsibilities

This role is divided into four major functional areas: Recruitment, Operations/Welfare, Learning & Development (L&D), and Statutory Compliance. Your primary duties will include:

I. Statutory Compliance & Administration:

Ensure on-time renewal of licenses related to HR (Factory License, Trade license, Fire license, etc.).
Maintain strong liaison with Regulatory Bodies (DIFE, DoE, City Corporation, Local law enforcement agencies).
Ensure all necessary compliance as per Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 & Rule 2015.
Monitor and supervise overall factory administration, including safety related to building structure and access control.

II. HR Operations & Employee Welfare:

Manage Performance Management, Salary & Wages Review, and monthly wage/overtime disbursement.
Submit insurance claim for all employees and follow-up settlement process.
Monitor & ensure a healthy environment of factory premises, managing factory canteen and transportation, maintaining high hygiene standards.
Conduct counselling to reduce absenteeism and improve overall discipline.

III. Recruitment & L&D:

Handle end to end recruitment of factory employees in line with the headcount plan.
Design and drive induction/orientation programs for new hires.
Identify Training & Developmental needs, develop a Skill Matrix, and adhere to a robust yearly training plan.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education: BBA from any reputed university with a minimum CGPA 3.00.
Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience in factory HR & Administration, preferably from Manufacturing Industries.
Knowledge: Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Act-2006 and Labor Rules 2015.
Software: Sound knowledge on MS Office Applications (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI).

Skills & Expertise

Strong Leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to drive monthly and annual recognition schemes.
Proficiency in Statutory Compliance and regulatory liaison.
Strong organizational skills for training calendar and documentation.
