Key Responsibilities

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical supervision and quality control of construction projects. Your primary duties will include:

Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites to ensure timely progress.
Ensure all work is carried out strictly as per Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings.
Maintain rigorous quality control of materials (cement, steel, aggregates) and workmanship throughout the construction phase.
Coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution.
Prepare daily progress reports, measurement sheets, and material usage records.
Verify contractors’ bills and work quantities before submission for payment.
Ensure full compliance with BNBC (Bangladesh National Building Code), RAJUK rules, and company safety standards.
Identify construction-related technical issues and propose immediate solutions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in the Real Estate sector is mandatory.
Specific Preference: Candidates with experience in building construction within the Bashundhara Residential area will be given preference.
Age: 22 to 35 years.
