Key Responsibilities
As an Executive in Engineering, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of both Process machineries and Utility systems. Your primary duties will include:
For Process Engineering:
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of process machineries to maximize utilization in production units.
- Participate actively in the installation, commissioning, qualification, and validation of high-tech machineries and equipment.
- Manage the inventory of process machineries and spare parts.
- Prepare and review engineering SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and EOP, and conduct staff training.
- Maintain engineering files, drawings, and validation documents.
For Utility Management:
- Maintain compliant operation of the HVAC system for pharmaceutical clean zones.
- Ensure the supply and compliance of critical utilities: Purified Water, WFI (Water for Injection), Pure Steam, Compressed Air, and Nitrogen.
- Manage risk-based maintenance of equipment and systems.
- Oversee engineering store management regarding service and audit compliance.
- Conduct training for departmental personnel to ensure strict GMP compliance.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor in Engineering (B.Sc) in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is mandatory.
- Age Limit: At most 32 years.
