Key Responsibilities

As the Chief Business Officer (Lift), you will oversee the strategic direction and operational performance of the entire business unit. Your primary duties will include:

Develop and implement long-term business strategies aligned with Walton’s vision and market dynamics.
Drive revenue growth by overseeing B2C and B2B sales, export strategies, and channel expansion.
Oversee full elevator plant operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance (Enhance production capacity, reduce costs, and improve productivity).
Evaluate ROI (Return on Investment) for capital expenditures and new investments in production facilities or technology infrastructure.
Monitor and optimize supply chain, production, and distribution performance using data-driven decision-making frameworks.
Lead enterprise-wide change initiatives during business process redesign or digital transformation.
Mentor and lead department heads (Sales, Marketing, Production, R&D) and conduct succession planning for key roles.
Collaborate with the CFO to manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization strategies.
